Derek Patrick, Director

Mr. Patrick taught at the University of Toronto in the Faculty of Education and for nine years was the Coordinator of Principal’s Programs at York University.

He has acted as a program and curriculum advisor to the Ontario Ministry of Education and as an educational consultant to the governments of Bermuda and Mexico.

Specializing in all areas of leadership development and organizational improvement, Mr. Patrick has authored articles on these topics for various professional journals. He also presents seminars on related topics to educators in Canada, the United States and Asia.

In 1997 his school, Humber Summit Middle School, won a national award for educational excellence.
